2. How to request a refund
- Email info@vertaline.it with your order number.
- Our team will reply within 24 hours with return instructions.
- Return the product in its original condition (the packaging does not need to be unopened).
- Refund is processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.
3. What is refunded
100% of the product price is refunded to the same payment method used at checkout. Express shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Statutory right of withdrawal
In addition to our guarantee, you have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal counted from the day of delivery.
5. Defective products
If you receive a defective product: contact us within 14 days and we will replace it free of charge or refund the full amount including shipping.
